Patrol 11 - Camp Wondervu Ice RacesEach year Patrol 11 "The Cliff Hangers" puts on an excellent Ice Racing event. This event normally takes place at Camp Wondervu in February if there's enough ice on their lake. The event is for bare rubber only, there's no spikes or studs allowed. The event occurs on two Sundays and runs from about 8AM to 1PM. There is a small cost to attend this event and hot food and beverages are available at the boat house. There are two classes, normal tires and winter/ice tires, you can run in both classes if you want if you have normal tires. You normally won't last long against vehicles with ice tires. You would be amazed at how much traction a tire like the Blizzak gets!

course is laid out like a Dog Bone. Any contact with a cone disqualifies
you from the race.
